You are obviously not into two way conversations.

There are already regulatory expectations on employers to meet certain obligations around pay and conditions. Many are inadequate at ensuring people can earn a living wage for their labours and have safe working conditions (Pike River). Obviously more interventions will be necessary to ensure employers fulfill their obligations in these regards.

What is your opinion regarding living wages and safe working environments?

Dave Kennedyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12428353657153292616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3612441315352179822.post-90933289245466726652013-11-05T11:53:49.471+13:002013-11-05T11:53:49.471+13:00Sigh. Taxpayers are having to subsidise wages for employers through the $3 billion spent on working for families and the housing supplement.Dave Kennedyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12428353657153292616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3612441315352179822.post-71675169071600805142013-11-01T16:30:27.553+13:002013-11-01T16:30:27.553+13:00What changes would you make? What changes would you make?Shane Pleasancehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06144367923437327037noreply@blogger.com
