Mr Owen seems to be clearly in the 'dig baby, dig (mine all mine) camp and it will be interesting to see if he continues his campaign of support for Solid Energy's (read 'National's) plans to open cut-mine Southland farmland in search of the worst quality 'coal' you could ever(not) hope for.
